Payment Agreement (if any)
Any payment plans offered as a convenience only. Payment plans are not offered on every product and will only be honored on products where HypeFree.com or Done For YOU offers that option. Customer is solely responsible for guaranteeing that funds are available to be charged. Terms are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation:
As a customer you are responsible for understanding this before purchasing the product at any of our sites, in person or by phone.
Customers may cancel at any time.
All recurring billings stay Active till you cancel in sending an email to: Support(at)WebsiteHelpService.com
Contact us 5 business days prior to your upcoming monthly renewal date.
A cancellation takes effect in that moment where our office receives your cancellation notice.
NOTE: No Refund will be issued if you cancel after the monthly billing has been processed and our office did not receive your cancellation request as stated above.
Our automated system will make 3 attempts to collect the monthly service fee.
If the service fee is not collected at the 3rd attempt, our service to you will be discontinued and the “work in progress” will be stopped.
Credit Card Expiration’s or Declines (Account Abandonment):
Please note that allowing a credit card to expire or not submitting payment online regardless of invoice receipt, status will not automatically cancel your account. You will remain responsible for paying the monthly charge, which will accrue to your account, until we receive a cancellation notice. We will send notice to the email on record if a card is declined. We reserve the right to send delinquent accounts to the collection agency if they are not paid within 3 months.
Refund:
HypeFree.com honors refund requests up to thirty (30) days, after purchase.
Except:
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled, received a Refund, signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund. (No repeated money-backs are available).
Since the Done For YOU system or any One-on-One session are non-tangible irrevocable goods; such as Website design, Memberships, Webinar’s, downloadable programs etc; we do not issue refunds once your order is “in progress” or has been completed.
That includes but is not limited to: You, the customer, is or has utilized any of our staff members time.
Also:
A refund is automatically voided:
1: After access to the program has been made available.
2: One and/ or all Bonuses have been taken advantage of.
No refunds will be issued for customization services or any other programming or design work “in progress” or “completed”.
Venue of dispute:
In case an Attorney is retained and/ or legal action occurs between the parties, the venue shall Pinellas County, State of Florida.
Website performance:
No guarantee or promises being made on the performance of your Website.

Spec-work:
We do not offer or provide any spec work at anytime.

Non-Active Customer Status:
A customer who’s monthly payment elapsed for 30-days and longer.

Price Change:
In order to stay in business, we have to analyze our cost at all times. And sometimes we are forced to make changes regarding Terms, Bonuses and Price without informing the customer prior to the change(s) taking place.

Refusal of Service:
Refusing to accept a Project(s): We reserve the right not to accept Projects, without giving any reason or justification.

All Rights Reserved:
Our system-program is protected. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction or distribution of this program, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.
